Once you have set up your account, you can use the Admin console to manage your workspace. To do this, open the browser and click on the three horizontal lines at the top-left corner of the page. If you have multiple users, you can suspend or deactivate them to keep your data safe. However, you will continue to be billed unless you choose to restore them. In case you have more than 10 employees, it might be worth considering switching to another service.

For example, your employees can only access their workspace if they have the same email address. If you want to give someone else your username, you can give them a copy of the username and email address. Just be sure to let them know that you’ve changed your email address. This will help you manage your personal data as well as your business. If you’re an administrator, you’ll have access to the administrative console to manage your cloud.

To manage the settings, search for error messages and check email for existing users. Note that if you have recently deleted your username, you’re not able to give it to other people.
