Are you looking for an easy way to showcase your upcoming events on your website or blog? Google Calendar has a great event image feature that can help! This article will show you how to use this feature and get the most out of it for your website or blog.
Before you start
To use Google Calendar’s event images, you’ll need to first set up a calendar account and create a few events. (If you already have a Google account, you can sign in and create events.)
Once you have your events set up, follow these steps to find and use event images:
1. From the main Google Calendar page, click theEvents toolbar button () in the upper left corner of the window.
2. In the Events pane on the right, select an event from the list on the left.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ link in the Events column to open the event details pane.
4. Under ‘Event Images,’ click onthe blue ‘Create Event Image’ button ().
5. In the ‘Image Type:’ field, select ‘jpg.’
6. If you want to crop or resize the image, enterin the ‘Width’ field andin the ‘Height’ field, then click on thebutton.
7. Save your edited event by clicking onthebutton in the lower right corner of the window.

Categorize your event images
When you schedule an event on Google Calendar, you can choose to have a default image taken for the event. You can also add additional images to your event by uploading them using Google Drive or Photos. Here’s how:
To use Google Calendar’s event images, first identify which image you want to use as the default for your events. Go to your event’s settings page (click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the calendar, and then click on “Settings”). In the “Event Images” section, select one of your images from your Google Drive or Photos account. This will become your default image for future events that use this template. If you’d like to add a second image to your events, upload it using Google Drive or Photos.
If you’re using a calendar template that was created by someone else, then you won’t be able to add images yourself. You’ll need to find a template with images included and then customize it to include your own images.

Upcoming Event Visibility
Google Calendar offers event images for many popular events, but not all. If the event is a recurring event, you will see the same event image on every event. However, if the event is a one-time occurrence, you will be shown a new image for each event. Here are instructions on how to use Google Calendar’s event images:
Open Google Calendar and sign in.
– Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner of the main screen (on a desktop) or tap on the Menu button and select Settings (on an iPhone or iPod touch).
Select Appearance.
– On the Event Images tab, choose which images you want to use for your events. You can choose from any of your photos or Google Maps images. If you clicked on a photo in your albums and it opened in a new tab, it will be listed as an album item.
– Tap Save Changes at the bottom of the window
