If you want to restrict events in your Google Calendar to specific locations, you can use the Location setting. You can either enter a complete address for a location, or use the search bar at the top of the screen to find an event that’s located in a specific area. Once you’ve found an event, just click on it to select it and change the Location setting to the location you want it restricted to.

Each calendar user has a default sharing option which is Public, which means that anyone with the link can view the calendar. On the Sharing and Permissions tab, users can change the sharing option to Private, which means that only people who have been gifted the calendar link can view it. The Google Settings menu contains a number of different tabs, including “Autosave.” By default, this tab is set to “On,” meaning that your calendar will automatically be saved whenever you close the browser window. You can also choose to have your calendar saved every hour or every day.
