Managing Old Docs Within One Folder

Benefits of deleting old versions
One benefit of deleting old versions is that unimportant things can be removed so that you have a lot less documents to look through. This can be done by just dragging the file order number right before your old version which deletes that file and your history will then move on. If you choose to delete, it will show up in your history as a fixed action. Go back. Sometimes you might want to go back for a reason and not delete the file, so simply find it in your history and right click on it to access this option. You will then be presented with the same menu of options that all other actions have; move forward or delete.
